RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your Surf Gypsea purchase, but if not no problem!
We accept returns on un-worn merchandise within 14 days of receipt of shipment for store credit only. We do not offer refunds. We do not refund your order's shipping costs. Please re-use the original packaging to return your order and include your packing slip.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and have all tags still attached. Items also cannot have any makeup stains, deodorant stains, odors, or animal hair in order to be eligible for return. If an item is returned and has any of the stated above, it will not eligible for return or store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We highly recommend purchasing insurance on your item to make sure that you are covered if something is damaged during return shipping. Surf Gypsea is not responsible for items damaged due to shipping services. Once your package is received, the merchandise will be quality inspected. If approved, you will receive an email with a code for a store credit within 3-6 business days. Any items not deemed in sellable condition will be charged to your original form of payment and returned to you.
We must be notified of any defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Pre-Orders will be issued store credit if cancelled.
- All swimwear, bras, basics, beauty items and accessories purchased are FINAL SALE.
- All discounted items are FINAL SALE, and not eligible for return (this includes any flash sales or promotions we offe).
