We do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible! To ensure the best experience possible please review our shipping guidelines below.

 

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

• Orders are processed between 1-3 Business days (please allow additional processing time during the holidays). We recommend ordering 10 days ahead from when you're expecting to receive your order.                                                      
•  Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-8 business days (this does not include the time needed to process your order), but may take up to 10 business days from date shipped, except for holidays. *Standard delivery includes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.                                                                                            
• Any weeks in which there is an observed holiday please allow an additional business day for delivery.

 

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES:

To estimate when your order will arrive, please keep the following in mind:

• Payment & Verification: Credit card authorization and address verification must be received before processing begins. This can take up to 48 hours.

• Out-of-Stock Items: If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for processing. We’ll notify you via email if an item becomes completely unavailable.

• Weekends & Holidays: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, so please factor that in when placing your order.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing your tracking number from USPS will be sent to your e-mail registered on our shopping site. Occasionally, some of your items will be shipped separately. In this case, separate tracking numbers will be provided. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please provide an address that is deliverable by the USPS. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 to 5 business days from your order date please do not hesitate to contact us using the link at the bottom of our page.

Note to Customer: SURF GYPSEA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking informatino is provided by SURF GYPSEA and the parcel was lost or stolen, the issue is out of our control. We recommend contacting USPS.
